Terms of Service & Practice Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Practice Scope

By accessing the vikyaath.com platform, submitting search requisitions, or engaging Vikyaath Talent Partners ('Vikyaath', 'Practice', 'we', 'us') for retained executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or specialist staffing services, corporate clients and individual candidates agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Client Search Mandates & Service Standards

All executive search engagements are executed under specific, mutually agreed mandate briefs signed by an authorized representative of the client company:

• Retained Executive Search: Exclusive C-suite, VP, and Director mandates governed by staged milestone deliverables and real-time market mapping.
• Embedded RPO Pods: Dedicated talent acquisition partners deployed into client hiring infrastructure under agreed monthly service level agreements (SLAs).
• Specialist Staffing & Project Scale-Ups: Rapid deployment of pre-vetted contractors and niche domain specialists.
• Replacement Commitments: All executive search placements are backed by our 12-month retention and onboarding replacement commitment as specified in your mandate contract.

3. Candidate Representation & Zero-Blast Commitment

Vikyaath represents senior candidates and specialists under strict principles of professional stewardship:

• Explicit Consent: Candidate profiles, CV documents, and compensation disclosures are never submitted to any client without prior 1-on-1 discussion and explicit consent.
• Accuracy of Disclosures: Candidates warrant that all employment histories, educational credentials, and compensation figures provided to Vikyaath are accurate and verifiable.
• Off-the-Record Exploratory Discussions: All candidate intake calls and career alignment meetings are confidential by default.

4. Stealth Search & Non-Disclosure

Where clients request stealth executive sourcing (such as pre-public expansion or leadership succession), Vikyaath executes all outreach under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Candidates invited into stealth loops are bound by non-disclosure upon receiving confidential requisition briefs.

5. Intellectual Property & Search Deliverables

Custom market mapping reports, compensation benchmarks, and talent mapping datasets generated by Vikyaath during a search mandate remain the intellectual property of Vikyaath Talent Partners, licensed exclusively to the client company for the duration of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vikyaath shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from hiring decisions made by client selection panels. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
